Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from Diagnostic Innovations LLC depend upon the method and option you choose. Shipping charges are calculated on actual weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service you specify (ground, next day, second day).

The shipping method is determined by size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Most items will be sent FedEx. Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck. There is generally a minimum $60 shipping fee for truck deliveries Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. Deliveries to locations with no loading dock are available but for a possible for additional charge.

Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice.  Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders.  Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid you.  Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

About Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.

One-Day or Two-Day Shipping: Because not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, selecting one of these options does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Please be aware that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping.

Items Requiring Special Handling

Oversized and extremely heavy items may require a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. These charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.

Shipping Preferences

Sometimes you need to receive certain items in your order sooner than others. Please contact us at 248.200.0400 option 1 and request to have your ordered modified.

If you want items as soon as they become available, you'll be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment, but you'll get some or all of your items earlier than you would have if you'd chosen to group items into as few shipments as possible. Of course, we'll still attempt to save you money by consolidating items where it makes sense to do so. To do this contact us at 248.200.0400 option 1.
