Diagnostic Innovations LLC External Trademark and Copyright Usage Guidelines

The following are general guidelines for the proper use of Diagnostic Innovation LLC trademarks and copyrights. Any use of Diagnostic Innovations LLC trademarks that is inconsistent with these guidelines, or other unauthorized use of Diagnostic Innovations LLC trademarks or marks that are confusingly similar to Diagnostic Innovations LLC trademarks, may violate Diagnostic Innovations LLC's trademark rights. Any use of Diagnostic Innovations LLC copyrights other than under the limited license set forth below may violate Diagnostic Innovations LLC's rights.

If you are requesting photo permission, please send all copy and captions that will accompany the photo with your request.

Fair use of Diagnostic Innovations trademarks

Permissible Use:

You may make fair use of Diagnostic Innovations LLC word marks to: 1) make true, factual statements about Diagnostic Innovations LLC products bearing those marks, 2) truthfully communicate that your product is compatible with, or designed for use with, Diagnostic Innovations LLC products, or 3) truthfully communicate your company's or organization's interest in or use of Diagnostic Innovations LLC products (providing that such use is otherwise legally permissible).

You should never use Diagnostic Innovations LLC logos or stylizations of the Diagnostic Innovations LLC word marks without the express written permission of Diagnostic Innovations LLC.

Permissible fair uses of the Diagnostic Innovations LLC word marks include accurate statements such as:
The Diagnostic Innovations LLC Vehicle Diagnostic Assistant™ (VDA) is . . . [Your product name] is designed for use with the Vehicle Diagnostic Assistant™. [Your company or organization] is currently using the Diagnostic Innovations LLC Vehicle Diagnostic Assistant™. When making a fair use of a Diagnostic Innovations LLC trademark, you should acknowledge that Diagnostic Innovations LLC owns the trademark. The following language is appropriate: "Vehicle Diagnostic Assistantis a registered trademark of Diagnostic Innovations LLC in the United States and/or other countries."

Journalistic Purposes Diagnostic Innovations LLC authorizes journalists to view, download, and distribute copies of Diagnostic Innovations LLC Information only for legitimate journalists purposes, subject to the following conditions: 1) you must retain, on all copies of the Diagnostic Innovations LLC Information, all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in such Diagnostic Innovations LLC Information or otherwise appropriately attribute ownership of Diagnostic Innovations LLC Information toDiagnostic Innovations LLC.; 2) you may not modify the Diagnostic Innovations LLC Information in any way; 3) you may only reproduce, publicly display, distribute, or otherwise use such Diagnostic Innovations LLC Information in connection with a newspaper, magazine, broadcast, or Internet media outlet; 4) you must not transfer the Diagnostic Innovations LLC Information to any other person unless you give them notice of, and they agree to accept, the obligations arising under these terms and conditions of use, and 5) you must agree to abide by any additional restrictions displayed on the Diagnostic Innovations LLC Web site (www.diagnosticinnovations.com) as it may be updated from time to time.
